Dr. Jaime Grinberg is an educator, writer, and researcher whose work focuses on the study of power and social agency in formal and informal education. He has extensive knowledge in teacher preparation, bilingual and ESL education, and the study of human behavior and social institutions. His book, Teaching Like That: The Beginnings of Teacher Education at Bank Street, provides a historic account of the first years of the Cooperative School for Student Teachers and a closer look at the school's early curriculum for teacher preparation.
